CHIDOZIE CHRISTIAN AHAIWE
DIRECTOR/PRODUCER
Chidozie Christian Ahaiwe is a distinguished British-Nigerian producer and director known for his passion for narrative storytelling. He began his film career at Vertigo Films, contributing to BAFTA-nominated projects such as Monsters and Bronson, starring Tom Hardy. His journey continued with notable roles at NBC Universal and Sony Pictures Television.
Chidozie made his directorial debut with the critically acclaimed documentary Endsars: Lekki Massacre, which won awards at the Rome International Movie Awards for Best Documentary Feature. He has also produced award-winning short films like My Brudda and Leaving Ikorodu, both funded by BFI and Film4.
Currently, he is producing and directing the highly anticipated docu-drama #YahooBoys, showcasing his commitment to exploring complex narratives through film. Chidozie is also developing features and drama series with streamers and studios.
Remi Sijuwade
Consultant
Remi is a dynamic creative producer in TV and film, excelling across scripted, unscripted, and feature projects. Known for her entrepreneurial approach, she champions female-led narratives, including her early online series Breaking Out of the Box, featuring inspirational interviews with women.
In the corporate sector, Remi has produced films for Penguin Books, NHS, and Public Health England. Her film and TV credits include A Bit of Light (Ray Winstone, Anna Paquin), Hallmark’s Jolly Good Christmas, and Disney+’s The Shepherd. Currently, she collaborates on projects in development with BBC and other leading networks.
Her career began with Global Radio, managing campaigns for Capital FM and Heart FM, followed by work with FOX Channel on UK releases like Breaking Bad and Family Guy. In music, she promoted African artists such as Nneka and Asa, and worked with major acts like Kelly Rowland.
Jacqueline Baker
Development Consultant
Jacqueline Baker is a specialist in true-crime programming for linear and digital platforms. Her recent successes include Outsmarting, a ten-part digital series for Channel 4, and a Netflix-funded romance fraud documentary. Outsmarting is now evolving into a podcast and long-form series, Outsmarting Evil, establishing it as a growing brand.
A champion of diversity in television, Jacqueline has served on the BAFTA Learning, Development, and Inclusion Committee and contributed to the DCMS Committee in the House of Commons. She has also spoken at industry events like The Edinburgh TV Festival.
Beyond development, Jacqueline delivers TV training for Her Majesty’s Armed Forces, mentoring diverse talent and amplifying underrepresented voices.
